The Greater Manchester Disabled People’s Panel was convened by the Greater Manchester Coalition of Disabled People (GMCDP) in 2019 after being commissioned by Greater Manchester Mayor Andy Burnham. It is the result of a several years work by Disabled People’s Organisations (DPO’s) to bring into being, you can read a timeline here.
